About Jennifer

Hi, I’m Jennifer — a women’s wellness coach who helps women heal their relationship with food, balance hormones naturally, and rediscover calm in their bodies. After years of battling my own cravings and burnout, I created the Food Freedom Formula to help women find peace, energy, and joy in nourishing themselves again.

I blend evidence-based nutrition with gentle behavior change and mindset work. No extremes, no tracking apps — just simple practices that fit real life so progress sticks.
